Minutes and Financials. Also, please keep in mind not all Association’s meet on a monthly basis. Minutes and Financials will only be provided once they are approved/accepted by the Board of Directors.
Signage requirements. When you ready to install your signage within an HOA please check the documents BEFORE you install you signage. Oftentimes there are restrictions as to where they can be installed and you may be at risk to have your signage removed if it is not installed where it should be. Please keep in mind your ground installed signage could cause damage to the irrigation system and you could be held responsible for the damage. Additionally, there are size restrictions. Please check the documents to verify if there are any restrictions.
